God gave me a vision of "The Great Rivival" He has planned, first in Baltimore, then throughout the U.S.A., and in the other nations of the world. The revival He has in mind is far different from any revival of the past. How will this revival be different?

In other revivals, God answered the prophetic cry of his loyal sons and daughters and touched the hearts of the people in certain cities, towns and nations. People were convicted of sin and they poured into the churches like waves. All of these revivals had their purpose in God. Due to their nature, however, none had the capacity to last or be sustained.

Christians in the local churches were not spiritually prepared or trained to cooperate with God and with each other. There were no special forces, soldiers in Christ who knew how to equip everyone for the work of the ministry. A mighty army of God was not raised up that could go forth and do great exploits with God. God is well able to do His part. God's people must realize that we are an integral part of God's plan.

A revival requires the Spirit of God to pour out upon us. This is a necesary, vital aspect of a true revival. However, the Lord Jesus Christ will require us to cooperate with Him more intimately as He builds His Church into what He needs it to become to fulfill His purposes upon the earth. 

God has provided His Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to understand what He has in mind and apply His wisdom in practical application. The Spirit of God can move upon us whenever He chooses. However, for us to cooperate with what He has planned, the fullness of Christ must be able to manifest in us and through us. It takes a mature disciple and soldier of Christ to cooperate effectively with God and fellow Christians.

God gave me a vision of "The Net", which shows exactly what Jesus has in mind for His Victorious Church. It is a Church of lovers of God who enjoy a wonderful, intimate relationship with Him and each other. They are strong and steadfast, rising above the peer pressure of the status quo church that attempts to keep them from rising up. Valiant in spiritual warfare, they are fearless and invincible in the face of every plan, strategy, and attack of the enemy. This is a Church of Overcomers that is equipped to go forth in public as a mighty, invincible army.

Our Lord's plan for The Great Revival in Baltimore is much different from merely having a revival meeting in a church building. One of the characteristics of The Great Revival For Baltimore will be Christians who are trained spiritual warriors cooperating with the Lord Jesus in public exploits of signs and wonders. They will confront and defeat Satanic spiritual enemies and set many, many captives free from bondage--bringing freedom in Jesus from mental, emotional, spiritual, economic and physical oppession. Healing and deliverance, and great miracles will testify of the saving power of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The local church in Baltimore that will be raised up will be different. It will have certain essential characteristics that allow a spiritual atmosphere where the Holy Spirit has liberty to lead in churches. There will be freedom in the liberty of the Spirit of Christ, rather than domination and control by a religious spirit.

Christians will be called and inspired to become loyal, committed, and disciplined soldiers of Chirst. A higher level of training will be provided to equip everyone for the work of the ministry. Christians will practice the essential spiritual disciplines to attain and maintain the lifestyle of mature disciples and soldiers of Christ. 

The Holy Spirit will bring together the specific leaders who will cooperate intimately with Him to implement God's divine plans, strategies, and tactics. This is important because the Lord Jesus Christ is building His Church into the Warrior Bride that it needs to be. This is a divine commission and mandate from the Lord. Jesus has a specific way that The Great Revival in Baltimore will be the type of revival that He desires. Due to the immense difficulty and spiritual danger involved in this undertaking, it is necessary for the leaders to be divinely called, chosen, prepared, trained, and anointed for victory in Jesus. Christ's delegated authority and their anointing for the mission will be necessary to to do the impossible with God.

Another important and unique aspect of this revival in the United States is that God's people will display Christ's unlimited love, wisdom, and power. They will understand and cooperate with how the Lord Jesus Christ is building His Church. God's desire is to impact society so that the Name of Jesus is lifted up in the earth. This means that the dominion of the Kingdom of God will have a dynamic impact on every sphere of society. The Lord is not pleased with a powerless, passive Church that allows evil to influence and control the morals of people. God is calling for His leaders and His disciples to have pure hearts and pure motives. Church leaders will encourage God's people to rise up into their eternal destiny and become powerful ministers in the spheres of society that God has called them to. The works of the devil will be challenged and overcome by God's righteous people who fight for justice in the nations.

Due to the complexity of this assignment, God's leaders will trust and depend completely on the leading and power of the Holy Spirit. The Prophecy for Baltimore has already been received from God. The Great Revival for Baltimore is an integral part of the Prophecy.
